We want you to be satisfied with your BELLE’S DESIGN purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange.
Note: We do not accept accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom items. If there is an error with your order please let me know within 5 days of receipt. I retain the right to issue a whole refund, partial refund, or to reship your product.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE provided that the item has not been used and the original tags are still attached. We will use our discretion upon receipt of the item.
For returns, if we determine that the item is in the condition in which it was purchased, you can expect a full refund to your credit card within 3 to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. In some cases, it may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.
Exchanges will be processed within 2 days from the day we receive the merchandise.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the original shipment.
- For returns, email us at Support@bellesdesignshop.com with your order number in the subject line or in the email.
- Include the original invoice with the return package.
- Once your return has been received, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
In case of an exchange, clearly specify the item(s) being returned and what you would like to exchange it(them) for. If there is an increase in price, we will contact you for credit card information. You will not be charged for return shipping
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email at Support@bellesdesignshop.com.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- BELLE'S DEISGN is not responsible for Returns & Exchanges item(s) lost in the mail. If we do not receive it, it never shipped!
- Items listed as 'CLEARANCE' or 'ON SALE' ARE NOT REFUNDABLE – these items are clearly marked on the website where applicable

Select the color and size of your choice
You can choose as many colors/size/combinations as you want, add them separately into your cart and check out together to SAVE on SHIPPING
**If personalization is purchased, please specify the following info in the “Add instructions for seller” section at checkout.
Robe Color - Font Style #, Font Color, "Exact Text that you want"
All monogram letters will be printed exactly as provided by the buyer
Blush- Font #2, Gold, "Bride"
White- Font #6, Rose gold, "K"

Note: Production Time: 2-3 business days
DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 - 5 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 7 - 14 business days
Therefore, it generally takes 4 - 7 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.
Please note: the "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
